Big Mother

The story begins with a scandal involving the President of the United States and the editorial staff of the newspaper New York Investigation. Julia Robinson, one of the journalists, is particularly affected when, during a trial, she thinks she recognizes her former partner, presumed dead four years earlier. This disturbing coincidence launches Julia and her team on an investigation that brings them face to face with a programme of mass manipulation on an unprecedented scale. Despite their disputes, the journalists must now uncover one of the greatest scandals after Watergate, threatening both democracy and their own safety.
