Memory 2012 takes place as a wish concert. From November 28 until December 11 it is possible to choose between 51 songs on the Vanemuine website. The list includes well-known hits like "Don't Cry For Me Argentina", "The Music of the Night", "Memory", "I Don't Know How To Love Him" and others. The songs that get most votes will be sung at the concert. All voters participate in a lottery for 10x2 tickets to the Memory concert.
Memory 2012 takes place on January 13 and 14 at the Vanemuine Grand Building, on January 15 at Ugala in Viljandi, on January 20 at Jõhvi Concert Hall and on January 21 at Estonia Concert Hall. The concerts begin at 7 P.M.
The wish songs are sung by Hanna-Liina Võsa, Tanja Mihhailova, Gerli Padar, Aivar Tommingas, Stephen Hansen, Rolf Roosalu. The singers are accompanied by Vanemuine Symphony Orchestra and conductor Tarmo Leinatamm.
The song voting campaign is accompanied by "Memory" discount tickets campaign. The discount prices will be in the range of 14 to 21 € depending on the place of the concert. Starting from December 12 until the beginning of concerts the prices will be between 16 and 24 €.
