Chaos
(Kaos)
Tragicomedy in two acts.
"Chaos" is an imaginary continuation to the production "Panic" by the Finnish dramaturge Mika Myllyaho that premiered successfully at the Vanemuine last season. What they have in common is when in the previous story three men, having recently entered mid-life, wrestled with panic then this time three ladies are drowning in the chaos of life.

Sofia, Julia and Emmi, three friends and modern women who manage life just fine, are highly educated and are working in good positions Still, at one point, life has somehow started to slip away. Things are not going as smoothly at work as they should, tensions have built up in close relationships, husband is cheating or has just become resentful, and recalling their age that inclines towards the golden mid-life doesn’t help either. On the other side of the border there is a society that presumes only super results from valuable and acceptable women in every aspect of life. The trio of friends starts to untangle their messy lives. Sketch-like scenes make you laugh and cause sorrow at the same time opening a door to the world of a modern woman. The actresses embody a number of colourful people – female and male – who have been brought together by our heroines' lives.
Premiere on August 27, 2010 at the Estonian Drama Theatre (Tallinn) and on September 12, 2010 at the Vanemuine Grand Building.
