The opening night of the Ball at the Savoy took place at Metropol Theater in Berlin in 1932. It is the most jazzy sounding operetta by Paul Ábrahám. The Estonian audience still remembers the extremely popular production by Ago-Endrik Kerge which premiered in Estonian National Opera in 1982.
